We adhered to the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All customers’ data are stored in a secured environment as prescribed by the PDPA.

In the event of death, all instructions and other monetary instruments shall continue to be honored until the Company receives notice in writing of the Client’s demise. At this point, the Company shall be entitled to sell-out any outstanding purchases / losses (which have not been paid for). Fees associated with the transferring of shares / trade activities made upon the request by the executor(s) or administrator(s) of the deceased’s estate will be funded by the balance funds available in the account.

Payment Details

Freedom Mall charges a fee for all successful transactions completed via Bitazza Wallet on the Site (“Transaction Fee”). The Transaction Fee is borne by the Seller, and is calculated as two percent (0.1%) of the Buyer’s Purchase Monies, rounded to the nearest cent. The Transaction Fee is exclusive of value-added tax. Freedom Mall shall issue receipts or tax invoices for the Transaction Fee upon request or delivered directly to Seller registered Email on the settlement date.

Freedom Mall will charge the vendors a commission fee in addition to the Transaction Fee for all successful transactions completed by Sellers (“Commission Fee”) except for transactions that are completed by the following categories of Sellers:

The Commission Fee shall be waived for transactions completed within the first six (6) months of the Seller’s first listing on the Site.  The Commission Fee is borne by the Seller, and is calculated as two percent (2.5%) of the Gross Settlement Price. The Gross Settlement Price is the Seller’s original listing price of an item, minus any Seller-sponsored discounts or vouchers, rounded to the nearest peso. The Commission Fee is exclusive of value-added tax. Freedom Mall shall issue receipts or tax invoices for the Commission Fee upon submission by the Seller of proof of registration with the Bureau of Internal Revenue.

Following the successful completion of a transaction, Freedom Mall shall deduct the Transaction Fee and Commission Fee from the Buyer’s Purchase Monies, and remit the balance to the Seller in accordance with Bitazza T and C. Freedom Mall shall issue receipts or tax invoices for the Transaction Fee paid by Seller on request or delivered directly to Seller registered Email on the settlement date.

*The payout schedule for all sellers is on the 15th and last day of each month. All DELIVERED orders from days prior to the settlement date will be paid on the settlement day only.

**The Settlement shall be transferred with USDF to seller wallets only

Currently you can only login to Freedom Mall from Bitazza Global application. In the future, you can create your own account via Freedom Mall.

No, Freedom Mall only supports cryptocurrencies

You are not required to connect your wallet to Freedom Mall. However, in order to complete the payment procedure, Freedom Mall will generate a QR Code for you to utilize with Bitazza.

Freedom Mall accepts 12 cryptocurrencies in total:

Yes, but the type of token accepted varies according to the type of goods. For example, digital products can be paid for with any cryptocurrency, whereas all physical products can only be paid for with utility tokens like USDF.

User Experiences

Yes, you can shop as a guest, but the tracking tool will be unavailable.

Freedom Mall will send you an email with the status of your transaction.

The parcel will be arrived within 3 – 7 days for physical delivery and within 24 hours for digital delivery.

Currently users can make the payment with only Bitazza Global. However, soon users scan the QR code with any wallets

Complete our return process and return your item to us—then order the replacement item. After receiving the returned item, we will process your return as soon as possible.

The policy is determined by the partner, but we accept pre-orders for some goods at the Freedom Mall Official Store.

If you want to return an item, please contact the seller first for a return address. Our seller will determine whether the condition is compatible with the shop’s return and refund policy.

We currently operate only in ASEAN countries only: Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam

No, but you can return an item after you’ve received it but If you want to return an item, please contact the seller first for a return address. Our seller will determine whether the condition is compatible with the shop’s return and refund policy.

You can track your order once it has begun shipping. The seller will provide a tracking link from DHL or another commonly used courier service. The tracking can be followed there.

The cost of delivery is determined by the vendor. Some may have used DHL, while others may have used UPS. The average price may be around $1.50 (For Local Delivery)

We would gladly update your order’s shipping address! Please email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number and the updated address, as we can only make changes to your order if it has not yet been packed.

We recommend that you first contact us by email at [email protected]. Before joining Freedom Mall, all of our vendors went through the KYB procedure, and we can contact them directly to find out what is going on.

We will process settlement every 15 days

No, when you purchase from different sellers in the same order, the product(s) will be delivered based on the shipping options offered by each seller.

 

For example, if you purchase Items A and B from Seller X and Item C from Seller Y in the same order:

  1. Items A and B will be shipped by Seller X’s shipping method.
  2. Item C will be shipped by Seller Y’s shipping method.

To view shipping updates for your orders, go to the Order History under My Purchases at Freedom Mall, then get a tracking number and enter it into the tracking page of the offered courier.
